Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Wait for our confirmation and further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address provided in the confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
